I’m a Site Manager at Elkins Construction.
What does your role involve?
My role involves overseeing, monitoring, and managing the day-to-day operations on site. This includes ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed, liaising with clients, residents, and suppliers as necessary, and ensuring works are progressing to schedule.
What’s your background?
I started my construction career working as a Resident Liaison Officer, before moving up the ranks to an Assistant Site Manager role. I joined Elkins as a Site Manager in May 2022 to work on Neckinger Estate and the Southwark kitchens and bathrooms programme.
What are you looking forward to most about your role?
I’m looking forward to gaining more experience in a more senior role and expanding on my knowledge of the industry.

Elkins has an excellent reputation, both in terms of the quality of its services, and for being a good place to work. The people and company culture seemed really friendly, and this has proven to be true, it is a very supportive environment.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I like spending time with my family.
