At the start of the year, we were pleased to launch a drawing competition inviting students from Henwick Primary School in Greenwich to create site hoarding artwork along Rochester Way at The Brooks.
The hoarding artwork designs were inspired by one or more of the following topics:
- Greenery, trees and biodiversity
- Family and home
- Net zero carbon housing
- Health and wellbeing
We were delighted to receive many fantastic entries and after much deliberation by our judge, Cabinet Member for Housing in Greenwich, Cllr Anthony Okereke, we’re pleased to reveal the winners:
The five winning pupils each received a £50 retail voucher of their choice and all the children who submitted drawings will also be receiving an art pack and have their drawings displayed.
Congratulations to all of the winners and thank you to all the students for their entries, we can’t wait to see the artwork on display brightening up our hoarding on site.
